Meet Isaiah
I’m Isaiah Ayala, a Pennsylvania native proudly serving Berks County and the surrounding areas as a dedicated REALTOR® and licensed Auctioneer. I help buyers and sellers move forward with confidence by simplifying complex decisions and creating real options tailored to each situation.
Before real estate, I spent over a decade as a business owner in the agricultural industry, developing a deep understanding of volatile markets, property structures, and what it takes to deliver results under pressure. I also worked in administration and operations management with Amazon, sharpening my problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach. These experiences taught me to stay calm in uncertainty, communicate clearly, and focus on outcomes, skills I bring to every real estate transaction.

Outside of real estate, I’m a father of three amazing girls, an active volunteer in my church’s youth ministries, a supporter of local sports and first responders, and someone who takes pride in being a great cook and enjoying the outdoors.
